The 24-hour family mediation training focuses on the heightened complexity and emotional climate present in family cases. Topics include state and local laws governing family mediation, property division, spousal maintenance, child support, and parenting plans. Previous mediation training is recommended but not required for this training. 21.25 CLE (including 1 Ethics Credit) and 21 CEU credits are included in the fee.
