Navigating the End of the Pilot Program
The Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP) opened on Monday, August 23, 2021, and ended on June 30, 2023. No new ERPP submissions will be accepted as of July 1, 2023.
In Kitsap County, all ERPP cases submitted by the June 30, 2023 end date will be fully processed. Please see the Kitsap County Superior Court Standing Order for ERPP. All ERPP mediations are expected to finish by September 30, 2023.
