Circle keeping is a Restorative Practice that employs the art of listening to facilitate the opportunity for community and social equity building.

This three-day experiential training will prepare participants to be able to facilitate “Circles” within their communities, in schools, and in juvenile justice settings. Attendees will learn and practice the fundamental elements of circle keeping, such as establishing shared values, the use of ritual and a talking object, relationship and trust building, and creating a safe space.
