The Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County is committed to supporting our vibrant community by providing voluntary mediation and reconciliation services to help resolve housing related issues outside of the court system.
We welcome homeowners, landlords, tenants, roommates, HOA’s, & neighbors to access our services to resolve their housing conflicts such as,
- Address lease agreements
- Neighbor-to-neighbor conflict resolution
- Supporting LGBTQ+ communities with safety in multi-family housing
- Rental housing mediation on rent owed or other issues that help tenants maintain their housing and landlords to keep tenants
- Mobile Home Park Landlord/Tenant Mediation under RCW 59.20.080 (2).

Kitsap Legal Services offers pre-eviction services and direct representation for ALL low income tenants in eviction proceedings.
