The DRC is always looking for volunteers! We have a number of different ways to get involved.

Volunteer Mediators

Skilled volunteer mediators are valuable resources to our community. Individuals who offer their time and talent as mediators find it a rewarding investment as they make a difference in people’s lives.

We provide professional development and ongoing training, staff mentoring, and challenging opportunities for growth. You gain new skills that improve your personal and professional communication skills.

See the Mediator Practicum for more information.

Become a Youth Mediator!

Yes, you can mediate with the DRC as a youth mediator! Want to help fellow teens in your community? Learn lifelong conflict management and communication skills?
